Thumperfab Is junk

Just got threw dealing with thumperfab on my defender doors, have never seen such shooty workmanship and bad customer service in my life, this is like the 10th machine my wife and I have built, not including kids machines and friends, have never seen any one run from there mistakes like they have.
There doors were the most expensive half doors on line, we went with them thinking if they that expensive they must be the best, this is the top of the line defender lonestar and we wanted it to look nice, doors came in, opened them up and they looked terrible, the welds were running from left to right on door, not grinded, not smoothed, terrible looking, swirls in powder coat, some install parts you can see gray threw powder coat, I spent all day sending text back and forth threw them , there fix is.. they will give me a discount on the purchase I make threw them, like I would buy something else threw them, or I can pay a 500.00 restocking fee and shipping both ways and they will taken back…
I told them it’s not my place to pay for there mistakes, , that’s where they stand , so I checked there website reviews before I bought, they were great, I tried to post a bad review on my doors it won’t let me, now we see why reviews are so great don’t we, check these welds out, right on top of the door too and the pictures don’t do them justice 5 welds look like this

They have a pretty good reputation in the Rzr/Canam world. Lot of really nice looking stuff.

Before I'd pay $500 restocking fee, I think I'd spend the money on a full page add in their local paper explaining my displeasure with them.

I would send it to them. I would also pay for boosted video advertising and tell them that. Also post it to their Facebook and anything else you can find.

I would also recommend contacting whatever card company you used for payment and attempt a buyer protection case.

Structurally I think they would hold. Visually they do not look good. I do not know much about the company but if they hold themselves to a high standard and then do not deliver then that is disappointing.

I agree. I wouldn't say they are junk. Just some cosmetic issues that they defintely should have done a better job with

Are your experiences typical of others?
I think they could have done more metal finishing before powder coating.
