Battery box cover bolt spins

To Honda Powersports. Any plans to improve the bolt keeper on the battery cover bolts? Seems to be the upper one. Many reported problems, not up to Honda standards. If batteries are installed by dealer, then give them notice, if from factory, same notice for design engineers and assembly line.

As you know, I recently discovered this issue on my 2018 P5. Apparently this has been a problem for a while and needs to be addressed.
