P700 Fair price for a 2017 P700 two seater

What would be a fair price for a 2017 two seater pioneer 700 with hard top and superutv windshield and winch? It is in great condition. I want to sell it for a fair price….but I also know they market price is higher than normal. Looking for some opinions from the experts not just a website.

I am looking to make room in the garage.
