P1000 2017 Honda Pioneer 1000

I have over 3,900 miles on my YXZ at has several problems. Its great if you ride above 10 mph and you need to be at 15 on the steep hills. Yamaha really screwed up with the gearing. On some of the dirt road sections I shift from 1st to 3rd then to 5th. Its a super close ratio trans for short court course racing and that is a very small market. It is OK for fast pace riding and the sand dunes. I use my Honda our group rides. If Honda has Sport models for 2017 Yamaha and Polaris will take a huge hit it sales. Yamaha should have a wide ratio trans for next year and they need to relocate the radiator in the bed for the mud riders.

Damn you try to kill stuff early! The miles!! Wow. Very curious though the yxz wasn't something I'd be interested in but it did feel very well built what problems have you had?
