Congrats! I have a white 2024 custom, bought in September of '23. Great truck. I upgraded from a 2009 Tacoma trd. Check out Realtrucks and AmericanTrucks for rear wheel well protectors and such. Also 404parts has some nice factory upgrades. What trim did you get?Picked up this new truck last week. Coming out of a Ford F150 2X4 STX. View attachment 454457View attachment 454458
Nice truck, I'm sure it will be worlds different than the half ton you drove previously.Picked up this new truck last week. Coming out of a Ford F150 2X4 STX. View attachment 454457View attachment 454458
I hope you like your upgrade as much as I am enjoying mine. I was pleasantly surprised of the F250s ride so far, I was very happy with that F150 ride and handling, only towing manners caused me to change.Nice truck. Just upgraded my 1504wd with coyote engine to a f250 Super Duty yesterday
I can definitely echo that. I loved my f150 and loved the engine also. Towing was good as long as you kept it modest. So far I like the 250. Just have to rember it is longer than the 150. Curbs cough coughI hope you like your upgrade as much as Ienjoying mine. The F150 had the 2.7 ecoboost, the new has a 6.6 gasser.Nice ! Much difference in power ?
The custom with the 6.6 gasserCongrats! I have a white 2024 custom, bought in September of '23. Great truck. I upgraded from a 2009 Tacoma trd. Check out Realtrucks and AmericanTrucks for rear wheel well protectors and such. Also 404parts has some nice factory upgrades. What trim did you get?
Nice, pretty much the same reason I went with the gasser also. Plus I was not messing with Def. The F250's I was looking at in the same price range did not have the goose neck/5th wheel prep or bed liner. Have 27000 miles on it and the Allison transmission is super smooth.Went with the gas over the diesel, because I will never have to be pulling 20,000 pounds. Plus living in Florida, 95% of the driving will be on flat ground. We have a travel trailer that is about 5000 lbs, but knowing that a small 5th wheel is in the future.
Yes, still putting the ranchos on them and they're still terrible. Will definitely check out the Bilsteins but It would be nice if Walker Evans made some for a Z71.Don't know if they're still putting Rancho's on them from the factory but they're not great, especially on the 2500. You can get Bilstein's for about $600 and they make a world of difference.
