P500 Air Box Question

How often do you clean air box and filter? Just over 100 miles. Mine is a little dusty. Filter doesn’t look that dirty but box is dusty. Thanks.

Clean as necessary based on your riding. My filter might get dirty in one ride if I’m last in line on a dusty ride or it won’t get dirty all winter. I recommend a spare foam filter ready to install. That way you can clean and dry and your machine won’t be down for days. I use PJ1 filter cleaner and oil. The last time I cleaned my filter it took a day and a half to dry.

No problem. This is my back up. I keep it oiled in the original bag on the ready. Probably washed it three times already and holding up good.😉

Oh and the best part is that stuff smells like cherries. 🤣🤣

You can also get a No Toil filter to have on hand, pre-oiled, open the bag and put it in.
