A propeller does have to be a boat prop. A propeller is simply something that propels.

There's actually a PTO in there, there will be a whole lineup of attachments from meat grinders and margarita mixers to outboard motors and brush cutters. Maybe even a log splitter and post hole digger or so I've heard.
