Don't know if you all have ever used a Swedish brush axe but they are incredible for trail clearing and removing limbs. I use them when we cut trees to remove all the smaller limbs. Mostly stuff 1" and under is a easy single swing.
I have one mounted on my P500 for when I am presented with trail issues. Can get through a 5" limb very quickly if needed.
