BRed Big red 2012 MIL blinks 4 long 4 short need help

I have a big red that has the temp light on and 4 long and 4 short blinks on the MIL light and fan stays on. oms on temp sensor is 2.3 Continuity though the wires running to the PCM good . switch out PCM with Known good PCM. Amy help on this would help

I can check in a bit.
But did you check both temp sensors?
There is a coolent and a oil temp.
