Don’t hammer on it for a while, the owners manual will lay that out for you. It may seem lackluster at first but around 250ish miles it will wake up.Hello, I am going to pick up my new 700-4 deluxe this weekend. Wondering what the recommend break in period / what do I do?

Thank you so much that’s music to my ears!!!I called a friend with that setup and he said he thinks it's 81.5 inches at the highest point.
See what others say.
Good luck.

The 700 doesn't utilize a DCT transmission; it has a 3 speed with a torque converter. What's worked for me has been to accelerate slowly, no too speed runs for a while and to stop every so often to let it cool, no heavy loads or towing for a while.
Allow the DCT metallic parts mesh in seat properly. True work the differentials and drivetrain .
As you may know, the new C8 has a DCT. The designers say no full throttle shifting thru the gears at first to allow the metallic surfaces and clutches to seat properly. It can shift in milliseconds and when it's broken in properly, longevity should be much greater. I don't have any facts to prove this.... But I would not be surprised if the tranny cost is greater than the motor.
Good luck you're in a new dimension.
