Cobra highway bar holes almost lined up with threads catching. Youtube guy said he spent 45 minutes with two people pushing, pulling and filing the hole opening. I used a tie down ratchet strap to slightly pull the top and bottom of bars together and no issue. His idea of tape on a finger/bolt head for the upper frame holes was helpful.
