P1000 Converting a 1000-5 to a 1000

Is it possible to convert a 1000-5 to a 1000 without changing the frame? I don’t ever use the rear seats and the extra bed space would be nice.

I don’t think the bed on a 3 is much bigger than the 5

You have to get rid of the rear cage as well, bed won't fit between the rear bars.

Also need the under bed panel that covers the rear of the engine.

And thicker bumpers for the rear of frame to keep bed from lifting to far and hitting the muffler cover.

So if I was to trade with a 3 seat owner everything would be a direct swap?

Yes, I'm not sure about the lift rod. I don't think there's a difference in load capability between the 2.
