I sure miss blowing up mailboxes and lots of other stuff with M80s and Cherry bombs.

GLASS 2 liter bottles ?? I don't think we ever had any of those in my neck of the woods.

Yep had em in Jackson,Ms. before the plastic ones came out. It was in 1975 the year before I graduated. Glad that Swinger had a 318. It was light and pretty fast. You had to be careful, they would take a mailbox completely off of the post but if the bottle broke glass went everywhere. What made the Swinger desirable besides being pretty fast was that it had a sunroof. You could stand on the front seat and get a good line of sight and leverage.
