P1000 Hard removing floor panel with hard doors installed.

New Pioneer 1000-3 has hard doors installed. Has anyone with hard doors experienced removing the floor panel before drilling holes to add rubberized matting to the floor? Instructions require the subfloor to be removed to drill holes for installing the mat. I am finding it very hard to dislodge the subfloor.

The floor 1 big piece that connects to the verticle panel that goes up to the bottom of the seat.

In order to remove it, you'll need to take the sides off (fuel tank cover area) and the front fender flares. Which will entail removing the covers over the orignal door bolts.
