Honda muv700 big red

Desperately need help.jut put new piston rings and cylinder on my big red muv700.dont know whats going on.it starts and wont rev up.i have the service manual and i hope i set the cam timing correctly.can someone please help.i dont know what else to do.

No.it was smoking real bad and i put a new piston and rings and lapped the valvrs and nee syem seals.put it back together and it started but hss no power and wont rev up.

I also put a new cylinder on as well

Alot of Japanese in that post must have done push to talk.

Sounds like it may be out of time. A worn camshaft will cause that problem as well, but if it wasn't doing it before that shouldn't be the issue.
