It's been pretty toasty here, we hit 100* on Saturday, tying the earliest 100* on record set in 2013. The desert southwest is getting scorched and both Lake Mead and Lake Powell are so low they're about to lose the ability to spin the turbines to make electricity. The brownouts and blackouts will be epic this summer.

Southern Ohio excessive heat warning until 8 p.m. Wednesday night. Had to work in short spurts. I got to hot today. Bad storm last night and huge trees down everwhere on the fence line.

Not really, normally we are in the 80's this time of year. It has been a cool spring, as you have probably seen on the news that Yellowstone National Park had severe flooding yesterday. Mainly because of the cool spring temperatures and now the temperatures are warming up and we have had lots of spring rains, it's all coming down out of the high mountains.
