I have a 2018 1000-5 and it came with a kfi 4500 stealth wide winch with mount. All still new in the box. After installing I notice the rope had a severe angle up to the fairlead. After some research kfi has two mounts for my machine and I needed the one that inverts the winch upside down. Much closer to the right height coming off the winch now. Maybe common knowledge bout I learned the hard way.
