P700 Need new winch

My warn winch failed after 3 uses. I need recommendations on a new replacement winch. Preferably one that is not a warm and can use the same mounting and wiring if possible.
Currently looking at the Badland ZXR 5K and the Viper MD4500-ST

I’m running the bl5k on a warn mount on a 1000. Not sure about the wiring.

I don't know about the mounts but I have a viper from the club store its been submerged many times , covered in mud etc. Still works great.

It’s 5 years old. I have only used it three times. Yesterday was the third time, pulled about 25’ of cable out to hook to a tree and when I started winching in it winched about 3’ and let out all the magic smoke from the motor.

Do you know if the motor can be clocked?

eh not really its kinda like the warn xt40 2 bolts going through it oratleasr the one i have is. im on the honda mount and i had to take loose the bottom bolts to be able to swap out.. the motor side will be on same side and thewiresare just right. just had to swap them up to make sure its going right way around.

It is when you take the long bolts out of the motor can and rotate it so the terminals are where you want them.
Some can be rotated 90 degrees and some only 180 degrees.
