NY registration

Anyone successfully registered a 700-4 in a NY DMV? I am a NY resident and have a 2025 Pioneer 700-4. I also have a place in PA but they dont register unless you're a resident there. From what i have read Pa. will honor an out of state plate tho.

Unless there is a Typo on <> Certificate of Origin <> stating Honda P700-4 weight is Less than 1000 Lbs.
Probably NOT going to get Plates.
All under 1000 Lbs. REQUIRED to be Registered. --( ATV &SXS )
ALL over 1000 lbs NO Registration Required. ------- ( ATV & SXS )
