Does anyone know if P500 Rt Ft. Axle fits P520?

Have the harsh click after backing up with wheels turned left, happened 3 times now. ( Each time seems to get harsher & Louder )

Have already Done alingment.( Still does it )
No noticeable damage / nothing out of place / loose or bent.
YES : to Torq - loc <> ( Noise louder & firmer snap ) <> than the normal Torq-Loc click.

Monster Axles makes a nice Replacement for the 15 to21 P500. ( stock to 2in. Lift <> Has a spline <> that releases the pressure at joint )

Questions: please answer with Known Facts not guesses

Will >> Monster Axle <> "P500 axle fit P520" <> "for SURE" <> not just should??
Has anyone used a <> P500 Rt. Ft. Axle <> in a P520??
If yes what year P500 Axle??

Looking for input before I order.

FYI $180.00 + Tax -- Free Shipping

Thanks in advance

Not sure pappyo, but I would think you’d be fine. Honda’s not big on changing things they don’t have to. Heck, if the whinypants crowd hadn’t shut them down people would be jacked right now for the 2024 250R 3-wheeler…….

Did happen proof is in the Pictures!!

Impressive Axle compared to OEM
These Have 1inch or more of travel in the Spline.

Soon to find out. ( update after install attempt )

Excellent to call & discuss measurements / specs. & what I'm attempting to accomplish.

Honda changed the part ## in 2022 for front axle for both P500 & P520
2022 Parts Fisch </> shows NEW part ### for Inner & Outer Boots & 3 of Boot clamps ( other Boot Calmp part ### remains the same.
Axle length & spline count are the same as earlier P500's

If do not fit </> Will Allow </> Return at MY Expence.

Too many projects
Not Enough Time <> Getting "Old" Takes Longer <> But I Can Still Do

Monster Axles Listed for P500 "DO FIT" P520.
Installed on 2022 Pioneer 520

Well made:
<> High Quality Mfg.
<> Added Strength
<> "EXACT FIT" <>
<> added travel Will allow lift kit

Easy install <>1 Hour each side + or --

Take off :
Wheel
Caliper & plastic dust / stone shields
Brake line clamp & bolt
Hub
Lower shock bolt
Both lower A-Arm bolts

To Pull Axle <> CAREFULLY DONOT DAMAGE SEALS
Lift up on A-Arm Assy. <> Release outer end of Axle
Protect Diff. Seal <> while giving Axle firm pull outward.

Clean All surfaces & Seal
Lubricate Splines & Seal surface
Axle to Diff <> Snaps in <> some times needs a little encouragement <> especially the SHORT passenger side axle
See Picture <> Use a wood clamp & block of wood <>" tap on clamp"

Use method above "in Reverse" for Assembly.

Maybe a few weeks before Trail test to camp
Several SHORT 1/2mile rides around home
Working Great

NO Abnormal harsh noise/ click

Looks like alot of extra boot to get torn by debris.

Every thing in life has negative if you look for it.

Happy people "Look for the Positives"

Time will tell the whole story?

IMOP : These Axles <><> Positives <>"Out Way" <><> nagitives
Even the Boots on these Axles are Superior compared to OEM.

37 yrs riding Honda ATV/UTV under the belt now & counting. Thousands of miles. most <> Backwoods trail & No Trail.
"ZERO" <><> Boot replacements on All Honda's be ATV or UTV Personally Owned ( could be just luckey ) or maybe careful <> possibly both.

During Dark yrs.2009/2014 ( Before Honda offered SxS ) <> replaced "1" boot on a 2009 rzr rear axle <> Winter with Tracks.

Will not go into how many <> on machines I Did NOT Own & Have Replaced!
Boots & Axles ( various reasons )
Steering Racks <> Rebuilt or Replaced ( Do to Torn Boots & water damage )

Guess they were not as Luckey or ( could be ??? )
