Red & yellow ones are
dried & are used in my
rubbed ribs
others are jalapeños
& Ghost jalapeños

One the only things I miss since I moved back to Alaska is growing peppers and stuff. They grow here but you need a good green house, mine is almost done for next year. So I will see how they do.

Heck yeah! I just made chili last night too... We had such a warm dry summer this year. I bet it would have been a good year to grow peppers... maybe next year. Last year i grew some jalapenos, but not this year.

Usally I don't water my peppers
3 days before I pick them...
These peppers I water for
2 days...then pick...
Did some hot poppers
for the game on Sunday
Wanna see grown men cry
