P1000 Pioneer 1000 clutch

2018 pioneer 1000 I have tried everything and can’t get the clutch to co past this point hints suggestions please

Yes I have clutch #2 all lined up using grease to hold the washer it just won’t go the last little bit the Honda video says to turn the cam shaft don’t even know if that will make it way easier or not
