P1000 Rats got my wiring…Help

Rats got some of my wiring and now my machine stays in limp mode while flashing 1
Can anybody tell me what that is they chewed up in pics?
It’s below the seat and just to the right of drivers seat

Yeah, the real key is that you were able to find it! That's 99% of the dilemma right there.

Fix it up and see if she works, if not look for more.

That's the neutral wire for the internal shift drum location.

Under the exhaust is a heat shield bolted to the engine, under it is the neutral switch.

Is there supposed to be a wire coming from connector that is circled going to what’s left of the wire blue wire that’s showing to the right?

The blue wire that's chewed is supposed to go into that single pin connector.

I believe that side of those connectors are a sub harness that goes to the sub trans. You could just purchase the sub harness, I can get you a part # if you'd like.
