‘23 PK1-5 Forest. 180 miles. Ran full throttle about a mile down highway. Large cloud of smoke out rear. Let off throttle. No engine light came on. Runs just fine. Any ideas???
Hit it again and see if it'll replicate it. Might of just been some unburnt fuel/build up let loose??? 🤷‍♂️

When you say "large cloud".......how large?

Check the oil level in your engine also see if it smells like fuel. Did the smoke start during WOT or on deceleration.

Smelled of oil or fuel - not sure which
Fuel along with antifreeze smells sweet.
Oil smells like burning.
So which flavor was it?

Prob some $hit in your fuel it puked out. Had that happen before on our race cars during acceleration. Or an air pocket and or miss fire hiccup. Id say since it hasnt done it again, drive it like you stole it and call it good.
Intermittent issues for anything mechanical is the hardest (NoHmo) thing to diagnose. Might have better luck trying to figure out what the wife is thinking

A buddy's Polaris 900 did this one day. It was relatively new at the time but past break-in, and there's been no issues since then.

It just puffed out a plume of blue smoke. I saw it, he didn't even notice it.

At a 180 miles it isn't even broke in yet, you probably did it a favor. It's under warranty, run the piss out of it. Running them easy when new is a sure fire way to glaze the rings/cylinders, they need pressure to seat....RUN IT!
