I am looking at the deluxe 2 seater. I would like to here how the 700 handles the trails here in Arkansas. I own a p500 and it does great here. I don't want a 1000 I think it's to big for the trails here. I ride at Mack's pines magazine mountain, Brock Creek. The trails are up and down all the time. Thanks for any help. Buy the way this is my first thread.

i have the 2021 deluxe -4 and live and ride in south ark. where's there are lots of cutovers ,water, and mud love how it handles especially the paddle shift along with the power steering makes riding effortless but do get quiet a bit heat from other the seat remedy that with a heat blanket but when its cold outside it feels good. i don't think you can go wrong good luck

I'm wandering about them hills that are so steep that you can stand in front of them and touch the ground.

Welcome and glad to have you here. Ddo yourself a favor and go ahead and get the 1000. The steep hills and thick mud can bog down the 700. Those trails are plenty wide enough for the P1K. Look into the Mill Creek and Buckhorn trails. There are Facebook pages for them and several group pages that setup rides all the time.

I think the problem with the 700 is the tires people chose I would never go over 26 with it. I put 26 bear claw htr on my 500 and that was a mistake the 32 lbs rears killed the power. Took them off and sold them and went with 26x9x12 bighorn it's on all 4 and all was good and I have 11 1/2 inches of ground clearance but I do have Walker Evans shock to. I took a ride on a 700 yesterday and it had a lot more get up and go than my 500 but that was flat ground.

The 700 is fairly gutless. Get the 1000. Deluxe is fine and less than the LE. I've ridden pretty much all the trails in AR. Just got back from Buckhorn today.
I live in Van Buren. I took a vacation day today and thought about going to Buckhorn.

If I do go PK1000 it will be the LE. The shocks alone are worth it to me.

That's not a problem I would never put a lift on it. What about true 28 inch tires do the rub any on the factory rims.

A little late to the party, cant see what you bought, just wanted to throw my 2 cents worth in. We live in east Tennessee and rock crawl (Windrock) with our 700-4. Its a little tricky, but has turned out to be an incredible little machine, once you learn how to run the power curve in different situations. There have only been 2 times where the machine itself needed help up an obstacle (winch) and both situations, I never should have put it in that situation in the first place. We have ridden the Ozarks and magazine, as well as millstone, and had no issues. My wife rides with me and full gear (cooler, jack, spare, ropes, tools etc.) and the little machine just does its thing. We are hauling to southern Ms. in late April to go mud riding with a club and I have no reservations. Everybody hates on the 700, but I haven't left the trail yet regretting the decision to buy it.

I haven't bought one yet but I'm leaning hard towards to 700-2 deluxe. I think I'm going to wait for this corona crap to be over with and try to get a last year model like I have always done before. Thanks for everyone comment's I'm proud to be apart of this group and want to make the ride one year. O yea my p5 serves me well and I don't think I will ever sell it.
