P1000 What's this wire for?

Ok I've been looking in the owners manual for any clue as to what this wire is, and as usual there's nothing there so I've come to the experts... should have went here first. I think it is a ground but not sure where to use it . The buggy is a 2020 P1K5 delux. Thanks for the help.
