I am looking for an OEM front wheel for my 2018 Honda pioneer 1000-5 limited edition. Part number is supposedly 44650-HL4-F40 but everyone I have spoken with shows it is on back order. I cannot find one on eBay either. Does anyone know where I might be able to purchase one of these wheels? I am wanting a spare for my Honda after blowing out a sidewall tire last fall many miles from my vehicle.

If it’s just a spare, I’d open your options up to factory steelies as well.

The dreaded fakebook marketplace seems to be the best place to grab take offs. Shipping tires/wheels is pretty costly so most of those sales happen locally.

Thanks! Factory steel wheels is not a bad idea. I’m open to that too I suppose. I just want to make sure it’s the same size wheel and tire. The limited edition model had a different size from what I recall (larger than EPS and Deluxe from my recollection).

You are correct sir. 12’s vs 14’s I think. But if you snag the full set of factory take off steel wheels and tires for $100 or less … you’ve got spares “forever”. So long as you stay 27’s or 28’s.

And if a friend has a bad day, you can keep the weekend going without having to worry much about getting spare(s) back.

The keys to this theory being getting takeoffs for cheap, having some place to store them and room to bring them along to rides of course.

The 2022 and up steel wheels are 14"

The problem with the old 12" wheels are tire selection, very few 28" tires on a 12" rim.

All Pioneer 1000 Deluxe/LE/SE have the dame size wheels, only the base models had 12" rims.

The only difference is the rims spokes/color
