Got the dual battery installed, following multiple threads on here nearly exact. Took some time to find mounting locations for the necessary hardware, but it all came out pretty good. Thanks again to those who contribute!

Added the TurnPro blinker/hazard/horn kit from the store. While the connections themselves were simple, I spent a lot of time finding the best routes and mounting locations to keep the install clean. Also ran two wire runs to the rear of the rig, along with two to the center portion(tucked under the passenger front seat). These will be used later, but made for an easier install while I already had the skid plate and plastics off.

I put together a short video explaining the wire routing and switch mounting locations I chose for the 1000-6. While TurnPro has a great step by step for the install, I found myself often second guessing if I was running things correctly. Hope this helps someone!

Quite a bit more progress recently.

-Honda Soft Upper Doors x 4
-Honda rear hard shield.
-RB3 off-road door bushings
-Installed flanged bulb seal around 3 sides of each door to lessen the gap.
-KemiMoto Wiper and Mirror

Where did you find that flanged bulb seal and is it working out for you? I ordered bulb seal with the sticky back and used plastic prep but it still peeled off. Another question, how well does the oem rear panel seal up? It wasn't available when I got mine so I had to go with the super atv one. It let's in a ton of dust and cold air.

twahl here is a link to the seal I used. Poke around on their site and there are several flange options.

Overall it definitely helped. Although it just exposed other problem points. The Honda rear enclosure is nice and seems to help keep wind/rain out, but leaves a lot to be desired for dust. On very dusty gravels, dust still boils in around the dump box handle, seat belt areas, and any other small hole under the rear seat. I’ve stuffed foam in a few spots which helps, but I need to peel the seat off and really inspect it. Also, I had to cut the rear panel in a few spots to allow the rear Honda soft uppers to close. Wouldn’t chalk that up to the rear panel as much as it is the soft doors. Those soft uppers are a PITA, and leave a lot to be desired.

I should also mention. I mounted that flange seal both on the door and on the cab, so that when the door closes the two pieces of seal “sandwich” together. Definitely recommend plastic rivets to help with longevity of staying.

I'm running your same rear panel with soft uppers on a 1000-3. After 2 calving seasons I'm never bolting the doors on again. They seem to close better when they are allowed to float. The gap doesn't seem better one way or the other. Honda has the ability to turn in an A+ design for the enclosed have but seem content with the C-.

I agree, it’s been the biggest disappointment in an overall great rig. I wasn’t expecting air tight, but I was expecting functional without having to modify another factory accessory. I could understand if I were mixing brands, but when it’s all Honda I expected more.
