P1000 Code 23 on MIL - O2 sensor

Runs fine just have the blinking check engine light. I bought a O2 sensor delete but thought I might ask here. Will this clear the code or is there something else I need to do. I think I am going to go with the Hess tune to help it run cooler but wanted this straightened out first. If I need to replace the O2 sensor I will but will that fix my issue? Thanks,

Dredging this up, this person never got an answer. I'm having the same code. I just ordered the O2 delete from the club store. Anything special that needs to be done other than disconnecting the O2 sensor and plugging the delete plug in?
