Found this patent tonight.
The description states that the throttle level could be affected by the amount of brake applied conjointly. Such that if the gas and brake are applied equally the brake pressure would maintain the higher level of force. In simple terms, You may no longer be able to power break it. :(

I wonder if the inventor can get the pedal 35 mm lower to the floor for better low speed control with the foot. Better ergonomics. ;)

No, I disapprove of this change. These are toys, they are made for fun. Stop trying to make them idiot proof.

I'm talking about the break change that will prevent power jacking. Jackals idea is a good one.

Well that inventor figured out how to stop the wheelie videos from Pioneers, trying to power brake it overrides the accelerator. LOL Just can't let them idiots have their fun. :p
