POR-15 is your friend. You can paint it on right over rust and it dries with a smooth finish.

That’s the plan. Working on a torn cv boot up front at the moment.

Even though it’s only got 32k on it, I think it’s got a stuck lash adjuster or roller follower. Oil pressure is 25psi plus at hot idle which is Ford spec.

Gonna pull the valve cover the WE. After that I’ll brush it down with por15.
