TIP, Before you leave the dealership. There’s a common problem with a stripped battery cover captured well nut. Suggest to have the dealer demonstrate removal of the cover, and don’t overtighten when re-installing. Just saying, it can be a pain, better for them to learn the lesson and not...- Mudder

To Honda Powersports. Any plans to improve the bolt keeper on the battery cover bolts? Seems to be the upper one. Many reported problems, not up to Honda standards. If batteries are installed by dealer, then give them notice, if from factory, same notice for design engineers and assembly...- Mudder
