I am having issues with my Pioneer not going into gear. the lever moves, the lever on the trans moves. Sometimes it grabs for a second
then it acts like it slips out of gear.

Howdy and welcome from Northern Iowa.
.
If you are talking about low, first try and adjust your shift linkage.
Here is a YouTube to show you how.
.
Do an introduction and post up some pics of your ride. 👍
.
Have a good day
I adjusted the transfer case cables on the driver rear. I was trying to pull a friend out of a snow bank and I put it in reverse and it sounded like a drive shaft flopping around. I have it up on my hoist, it acts like it wants to engage then doesn't. I did a relearn program for the clutches. Stumped on what to look at. Voltage is 12.6.

Try this with the machine turned off . Shift your machine from Park to Reverse when you hear/ feel it click into gear where is your shift lever sitting . Is it sitting in the proper spot [slot] or is it in between slots and doesn't line up. Try each gear low ,high and see where the shift lever is actually sitting. The adjustment for the cable that shifts the sub trans is underneath the battery under the hood. Your cable may need adjusting if this is what your having happen. Keep us informed with what you find.

I have it on my hoist in my barn. Everything is defrosted. I hit a snow drift before I got to my friend that was stuck. it sounds like it grabs and sometimes moves a couple inches than doe not engage all the way.
