2 piece poly windscreen hard coat

Hey guys need some help here. Dealer installed window and the bottom is totally bowed in. Riding down the road over 40 when the window is shut it's just bouncing off the bottom one. Dealer said it's as good as it's going to get. I question the attention to detail on the mechanic for other reasons. Other people had issues?

They have to pushed in to get the middle mount to line up.

To help with the bowing unhinge the two outer clamps and push down on the sides (one at time is fine) then close the clamps. Make sure the outer clamps are really tight when you close them or it may start creeping up again on its own.

Then you'll need to adjust the positioning of the upper half to make it even across the lip when closed. It shouldn't bounce if the lower clamps are tightened to hold the top half closed.
