2020 Talon x4. I4wd code 12-1 and 12-3 ?

My honda has 250 miles and after quick trip to the park last weekend I4wd warning came up at the end of the day. Checked for codes abd there were 2. 12-1 and 12-3 service manual says to clear the code and drive over 30 to see if the problem occurs again.
Im doing everything that service manual says to erase the code and the light does what it suppose to, but codes dont get erased, and the light stays on. Any help would be gratly appriciated

The code probably wont erase because it's a recurring problem, as soon as the machine runs its checks, it detects the problem again.

Sounds like a bad VSA modulator.
