What have you done so far to try and correct the problem?
Often, it only requires purging air from the coolant system - this involves raising the front end and running the engine.
When the fan is running, also check to make sure it is wired correctly by noting the direction it turns. Correct is with the convex curved face of the fan blades facing the incoming air direction.
