2023 Pioneer 700, drove it yesterday for quite a while. Go to start it today and nothing. Dash doesnt light up, no sign of life except for a relay click when I turn the key on, nothing if I attempt to start it.
Battery voltage is 12.7, hooked up a jumppack and no difference. Tested the relays, fuses and main fuse...All have continuity.
I have the service manual and im going to run through the tests in there, but was wondering if anyone has any advice or has dealt with somethign like this?
The only other thign I noticed is if I put the headlights on, I don't get the relay click when I turn the key on. But I do get a click when I turn the headlights off.
I am going to run my daughter to volleyball practice now, but will do be back in an hour or so.
Thanks for any advice!

Sounds like you have a connection issue, if the battery voltage doesn't drop with the key on.

Maybe the ignition switch isn't fully plugged in or there's a loose ground wire?

Check for battery violated on the 2 red wires going into the ignition switch. They should have voltage no matter what. If they don't you have a bad main fuse or broken wire from the battery positive to those 2 red ignition switch wires.

Thank you. We just traced the issue back to the ground connection near the rear right tire. Cleaned and tightened it up and i'm back on the trails...Appreciate the recomendation!
