The issues you may run into are:
1) the 10" wide 27" tire may hit frame at full lock. You should be able to check with a quick measure.
2) stability gets quirky on 500 & 520s with 27s and no spacers.

I have seen then on them but not without spacers.

I've got 27x9x12 on the fronts and 27x11x12 on the backs on 4+3 offset rims and I had rubbing at full lock on the fronts...I think if you went 14"s youd have issues or need to do some major trimming...

True 27's will probably rub on the new wheel well protection added to the 520's before it'll rub frame, it'll be close. Going with 14" wheels is fine other than it'll ride a little rougher, having less sidewall cushion. If you go up you'll want to spread the stance, 50" goes out the window or it's a puckerfest. Steering isn't an issue, you'll just have to muscle it a little more and bump steer will be worse.

I run 27x11x14 on my mostly stock P520. Wheels and tires are the big things I swapped first day.

I rub as Trigger pointed out on the new wheel well protection. It doesn't seem to matter at all that it rubs.

I run 5+2 bead locks and Big Horn 3.0 for my set up. It is just a little shy of 55" wide... I think. May be closer to 54" wide.

I'm on 28x10's and 5+2's but they're 12's and I'm at 55". That's the cushion I was talking about, more tire bulge, and I guess a lot more bc you're on 11's. What psi are you running? I have 9 in the back and 11 in the front.

I started really low and have gone up. At first, I ran 6psi. Now i'm at 8psi all the way around. I may try 9psi for all.

Best idea Honda has had in a while, putting a dump bed on the P5 platform!
