This kit has 3 plug connectors.
- white 2 wire plug. This is for the light.
- black 3 wire dual plug splitter for the gear position switch by the eight rear tire.
- black 2 wire dual plug splitter for the ACC socket under the hood.
Start with the black splitter connector that has 3 pins.
Inside the wheel well of the rear passenger side you will see a few wires like shown. The one circled is the gear position plug. The connector with 3 pins will plug into this spot.
Unplug the OEM harness and plug this kit inline. Ensure both the male and female connectors click together.
Next you will need to run the other black 2 pin split connector up to the front hood.
Note: white plug is shown. Your will be black.
Do so by following the main wire harness past the gas tank and along the frame and on up into the hood area.
Once to the hood area this split connector plugs into the back of the ACC socket (cigarette plug).
