Thought about that, been thinking more on the lines of clip ons, main frame on the a arm, I don't miss the mud build up at all!Have you thought about forming them to fit the new arms. Few members have made the fronts work well. I plan to do mine soon.
Not sure about the rears.

Did a good job on them. That's called repurposing .
Might not hold as much mud having the increased down slope, looks good!
Looks good man!!!!
Your not gonna get them just right...im a bit of a perfectionist and finally had to come to terms that you can only get them close lolI heated mine for 30 mins at 200 in the oven. They mold well, but haven’t gotten them the right shape and attached as I get frustrated and don’t have enough hands. I’ve taken some good hits to mine which is why I want to repurpose them.
C clamps to mold...used 1" emt conduit clamps to attach.Yeah, I've seen that.
How did you secure them? Both to let them mold as well as finally?
I was the same way. My plan was to mold mine when I went to the arched A arm but I have not. I busted a boot with the guards on and that is still my biggest concern without running them. Surveying my Honda after Takeover I did notice a few good scrapes on the bottom sides of the SATV a arms but nothing you cant cover up. I like being able to secure my Honda to the trailer by running straps through the a arms.I actually bought them from Rambo which is a good friend of mine. He did the arched A-Arms and that's what he talked about doing and never did so he sold them to me. And I never was going to switch my a arms out to arched. But now I did lol. And I just don't want to mess with it. He hasn't had no problems out of his as far as (rocks beating in the death) So I'm just going to take a chance on it and sell them
S&S was makin aluminum ones for the highlifter arms...domt know if they would work on SATV or not.I was the same way. My plan was to mold mine when I went to the arched A arm but I have not. Kind of surprised someone has not come out with some to fit the arched a arms or a service to send your in and have formed.
