Action cameras vs 360 cameras on a SXS?

I've been thinking about adding a GoPro-type action camera to the Talon. I'm leaning towards the Osmo Action 4 right now.

What about a 360-degree camera like the Insta360 X3 instead of an action camera? No, not as durable, but ...
