Annual Pilgrimage to the Dragon

Yes it's that time again when Santa and Mrs Claus load up the sled, er, a, the Honda and take it over to the Dragon. Just to update new members, my Wife and I started riding the Dragon on Christmas day many years ago on the motorcycle. All of the family gets together at our house on Thanksgiving so that leaves Mary's Ridge empty on Christmas except for the two of us so we decided long ago to start a tradition and it's worked out great. We no longer ride two wheels so 3 yrs ago we started riding on 4 wheels. I've got the Honda cleaned up and Mrs. Claus will decorate as she usually does. We'll hand out candy canes and have a great time. Of course videos and pictures to come. Maybe we'll see you there! And thanks to Walter Plaza, @jrplaza2008 at www.creativeutvgraphics.com for all the custom stickers/graphics. He takes good care of his customers.

That's awesome you ride tail of the dragon with the Pioneer, when we went to Tennessee for vacation we saw rental Pioneers up in the mountains the wife and I were stuck inside my Jeep envious of the view you could get of the blue ridge mountains from a SXS compared to ours.

I'll start working on the videos today but here are a couple of pictures. I was riding along and I could see a pair of cars coming behind me pretty fast so I pulled off and let them by. There was a Yamaha FJR that went by too, right tight to the cars. I told C the bike looked familiar. A few minutes later we arrived at the overlook and there was one of my old motorcycle riding buddies Jason. I hadn't seen him in almost 10yrs. Either he's grown or I've shrunk.

It was a decent day so there were a few motorcycles and cars, but not many. Like I said videos to come.
