Trying to order the correct wheel spacer for rear with new wheels all same size 5+2 offset. I want the rear to be as close as possible to the front width. 1” or 1.5” spacer? Thanks

Yes you are. 5+2 are the wrong offset for the front. They will increase your front width 3 to 4”, depending on the manufacturer of your wheel. Each manufacturer has their own specs and they are not the same. My Sedona Split Six wheels claim they are 5+2, except they are 4.5+3 and the rim is really 7.5” wide.

OK ...... sounds like you are NOT going to use the same wheel front and back, like most folks change to. Basically, that is what Honda did, different offset front vs back.

I know most put 1” but wanted to be sure it wasn’t still going to be a little less width then the front. So if it is a 2” difference then 1” will be perfect but if it’s 2.5” or 3” difference then I would want 1.5” spacers. Just want it to be as close as possible to the front. Anyone have measurements from hub to hub?

I measured mine. The rear is only about 3/4" narrower than the front hub face to hub face. I put 14x7 rims with 4.3 rear offset all round with terrabite 30's and don't think I'm going to add spacers. I may add 1" in the rear but that makes the rear track about 1.25" wider than the front. Drives great. I did also install the SuperATV a-arms front and back and fox shocks.

Nice looking setup sir
Looking to change up my tires/wheels, what are you running? I run mostly county roads (paved or sealcoat)and some two tracks and maybe play around in the sand dunes. Looking for a tire that will hold up well for the the amount of (80%road miles) I run.

I'm running Tusk Aramid Terrabite 10ply 30x10-14. Wheels are Method Race Wheels MR405 Beadlocks. 14x7 with 4.3/2.7 offset. I run similar types of roads/trails and have been happy with this setup although I've only got about 100 miles after replacing the stock deluxe wheels and tires. We'll head to Ride Royal Blue in July and see how it does in some more challenging terrain. I've read that these tires are not great in mud but I haven't had it in anything too deep yet. So far so good.

Thanks for the info, I will check them out. Where did you purchase your tires and wheels from?
