Anyone heading to Hatfield McCoy in December?

I am trying to plan my first trip in December. Is anyone from the forum planning to go any weekend in December?

I'll be taking the 1000-5 and my Honda rancher. I have a few friends that may come along and ride in the pioneer but the more vehicles the more fun in my opinion.

Yes, I am looking at going the 2nd weekend, depending on temps. There are a couple others might be going as well.

I am looking at staying maybe around Matewan, to be in between the 3 trail systems - Buffalo Mtn, Devil Anse, and Rock House

The weekend of the 8,9,10 would work for me if others will be there. I would plan to come up Thursday and leave Sunday morning. It's about a 7 hr drive for me.

I'm up for whatever. Just need a cabin or hotel to rent and I'm good.

Man, wish I could, but will be in India for work the first 2 weeks of December. Had blast over Labor Day there!
