In response to some of the statements...

Seems, I forgot to lock votes down, thus allowing users to change and remove votes, I also forgot to initiate an END date on the voting thus allowing it to run until just now.
Otherwise, I have provisions in place to prevent "rigging" as we have had our share few years back.
