A few months ago we had a user create several accounts and vote for himself. He was busted. Now we purge the votes from all new accounts and check any account with super low post counts.
Past 3 times there has been no issues.
And yes, you could vote for yourself if you wanted. But only once.

The two vote concept seems to be working well! Second vote had to be a different name.
