Exactly what I've been doing. Bought a new one last year. Wore the last one out. Every turkey from Thanksgiving to Christmas has been perfect.

"Oil-less" fryer is just an air fryer that runs off propane with a double wall drum, it's extremely effective at infrared cooking. Only has one temp setting and remove when the desired internal temp is achieved, zero effort.
