I say belated because this'll be my third thread here.... we were able to take our 700-4D home today from the dealership, and finally have some pics to share.

In addition to the 2024 700-4D, we own a 2006 Honda Rancher which stays on family land near the Obed Wilderness east of Oak Ridge, TN. That's where we got the bug to buy a SxS -- we'd been looking at the Polaris Ranger and Kawasaki Mules, but fell for the Honda. Everything we were finding in the used market in that size was either junk or priced so high that we decided to buy something new with a warranty and that we knew the complete history on.

My first thread here was about the trailer -- it's a Karavan 6.8 x 13 from Tractor Supply... again, we bought new because the prices for what we wanted were pretty steep and mostly junk, and I really wanted the drop rails so we could use it as a flatbed if needed. There's roughly 4 foot of available platform which *might* allow us to haul the Rancher on it if we wanted to, but I suspect it will wind up carrying kayaks between the Honda and the rails.

The red is a bit boring to me, but my wife loves it and that's all that mattered.

We're located in McHenry County, IL officially closer to Wisconsin than Chicago, and Wisconsin is probably where we'll do most riding with it, followed by Tennessee and maybe the UP of Michigan. We've towed RV's for 20 years, most recently a 2019 Grand Design 29' travel trailer. Now that we're collecting toys, my guess is we're going to be in the market for something with a garage or maybe a fifth wheel where we can double-tow the 700 on its Karavan.

Another welcome from The Great Lakes State. Not to be confused with being a great state though. Unless you are a commie, then you will love it here.

Good lookin' rig!!!
