BRed big red fuel pump

I have a 2010 Honda big red 700. starter died, changed the starter. fuel pump worked. got the starter on and now fuel pump won't kick in. changed fuel pump and relay. still nothing. changed fuses too. am getting power to relay, pump, the battery is brand new also. what am I missing. fuel pump just will not kick in..
