I used it in my RZR that was not having cooling problems. I have used it in industrial equipment when having overheating issues, It was able to bring the temp down on the ind machines. Some claims it leaves a film in the cooling system.
I’ve used it in all kinds of applications from a built 350 chev in a hd offroad truck to a diesel pusher motor home with great success. It increases the thermo exchange coefficient of the coolant. I usually found coolant temps dropped by 10-20 degrees under all conditions. Ymmv.

I used it in several race cars (road course racing) quite a few years ago. I remember there was enough drop in temps to justify using it.
I also remember that there was slightly more more drop in temps when we ran it with water only, as opposed to the standard 50/50 anti freeze/water mix.
